"Great property in the middle of Chelsea near all kinds of things and transportation. Great service even without a concierge at a desk. I had early check in but I did have to leave the first room because it was not a nice room. It was clean but awkward and the window opened to a half-underground cleaning/machine situation, window didn’t lock, bathroom tiles coming off, etc. anyway I contacted Numa on WhatsApp and they resolved it immediately, moved me to a good room.
