"Staff were super lovely, we were greeted by a very enthusiastic and full of character Giovanni who made us feel welcome. The place is very well kept, breakfast had a surprisingly wider variety of food for a continental breakfast, and is in a nice quiet part of Florence that is still accessible to the city centre. There are also some roaming cats around that became joyful to spot throughout our stay - thoroughly recommend this hotel!"

The rooms are so beautifully designed, the whole villa is just dreamy and true Tuscany. Breakfast is amazing with so many options and so fresh, so delicious! Service is great too. "ヴェッキオ橋やピティ宮殿近くで、眺めの良いホテルでした。チェックインから係の方はすごく親切で、バスタブがホテルのお部屋紹介で出てきていたので、バスタブアリかと思いきや、シャワーのみのお部屋で、変更をお願いしたら快く受け入れていただけました。 両親の部屋はリバービューにしましたが、とても良かったです。 お部屋の清掃も、連泊でしたがしっかりして頂けて、アメニティも十分でした。 川向かいのレストラン、Roof Top Bar、ホテル1Fのビストロと両親が足が悪くホテル内で食事は完結させましたが、十分でした。特にホテルで食べたトリュフのリゾットは絶品で、ワインのチョイスも良かったと思います。 みなさんに親切にしていただき、また再訪したいホテルの一つとなりました。"
