"The room was not clean at all. Dry crusted food in the microwave, stained towels that looked used, used bar of soap in the tub, sticky spot on the bathroom floor that had collected dust and dirt, stain on a pillow, didn’t look swept at all and we even came across a small dubia cockroach in the bathroom. When I went to complain, someone was already doing the same and when she walked away the lady at the front desk rolled her eyes right in front of me."

"We loved our suite. It was super clean and very spacious. The kitchen looked amazing, brand new appliances, a nice number of cups, plates, etc., new cabinets, very stylish. It was quiet our entire stay, despite a "full house" by the looks of the packed parking lot. We would recommend your place to anyone. The clerk who checked us in our first night was unfriendly and condescending."

"We chose this hotel because they offered a free shuttle to the airport (CLE), and we could park our car in their lot while away. Hotel is nice, however, we needed to make use of the sofa bed dnd it was not equipped with linens. No extra linens in closet, either. The room phone would not work to contact the front desk, so my husband had to walk down to the front desk to ask for the linens. This was later into the evening. Our flight was leaving at 6:00 the next morning, So we needed to get to...

"This was an absolutely unacceptable experience, and I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances. After being placed in three different rooms, I ultimately chose to leave and stay at another hotel across the street. Each room presented serious and consistent cleanliness failures that should never occur in any property. Room 1: The bed sheets had clearly not been changed. They appeared used, with visible hair and what appeared to be bodily fluid stains. Room 2: The bed again had...

"Old hotel. Elevator wasn’t working the whole 3 nights stay. We have to carry our luggages to the stairs to the third floor. The room was old, the front door locked but there’s a noticeable gap. The bathroom is so small. When a person is sitting in the commode and someone opens the door, it will hit the person sitting in the commode.parking is so difficult. Not a whole lot of options or choices on the breakfast buffet."

"We didn’t eat breakfast or use the hot tub or pool. It is an older property. No charging stations on the lamps or tables so be sure to bring a block for chargers"

"The room was not clean, there were paw print stains on the bed as well as a lot of mysterious crumbs, asked them to change the sheets and they insisted the bed was not dirty, just stained (despite the crumbs) and then changed the top blanket for us. on top of that there were several bugs I found around the room and a very strong odor in the room. Felt incredibly unsafe with the people around as well."

"Ok so this hotel is clean and there aren’t any bugs but it is extremely run down and shabby. It looks absolutely nothing like the photos posted which is my biggest complaint. The pool was closed, and our rooms were never cleaned despite staying three nights. There were old, broken appliances, mirrors etc strewn all over the property, giving it a junkyard vibe. While it’s not the Bates Motel, it definitely wasn’t worth the money we spent to stay here."
