Don't book this hotel!

I booked his hotel months in advance and the day I was to check in, I was told by the owner that he does not have a room for me and my family. He said that he tried to send me an email the day we were to arrive but he his email was not working. He offered for us to go to another hotel (hotel owned by his friend) and we went to see this hotel, but the hotel was not in a good condition, I would not even rate it as one star. We ended up walking from one hotel to another to try to find a hotel for that night. The problem was that the hotels were either booked or the prices were high for booking without notice. We ended up staying in a hotel that cost us three times as much as we were to pay at the Piave hotel. Don't book this hotel. The owner is rude and does not care if you stay at his hotel or not. This was our first experience in Rome and we don't have a good impression of it or the people. This is our first and last stay in Rome and Italy.

Helt klart godkänt

Problem vid incheckningen då de ej fått vår bokning men vi fick ett rum ovh till det rabatterade priset på hemsidan. Utöver det så var allting bra förutom frukosten som va lite sådär men helt klart ätbar. AC fungerade bra trots extremt varmt.

Standard albergo.

L'hotel si trova ad un piano del palazzo in via Piave. Biancheria pulita e bagno non grande, ma sufficiente (ma no bidet). Colazione standard, in piccola stanza all'ingresso. Personale gentile. Niente di particolarmente speciale. Ho tuttavia avuto un problema con la prenotazione, che era in overbooking e quindi aveva disponibilità per una notte sola; probabilmente dovuto al fatto che ho fatto la prenotazione la mattina stessa (ma comunque confermata da Hotels.com). In serata mi e' stata offerta una camera in un'altra struttura, ma avendo alla fine già deciso di stare una notte sola non l'ho usata. Comunque hanno ammesso il disguido e cercato di risolverlo, ma se fossi dovuto rimanere sarebbe stato un problema.

Buena relación calidad-precio

Al principio nos pareció caro, pero viendo el precio de los alojamientos en Roma y lo poco que ofrecen, merece la pena pagar un poco más para alojarte en hoteles como este. Muy limpio y te cambian las toallas a diario. La habitación es pequeña pero lo suficiente para estar unos días. El desayuno muy bueno, tipo buffet y variado. Nosotros llegamos cerca de las 23h de la noche y no tuvimos ningún problema, estaba el chico en la recepción. Muy amables, nos consiguieron un taxi para la ida al aeropuerto a las 5 de la mañana. Te ofrecen toda la información que necesites para moverte por allí. El wifi funciona muy bien. A 15 minutos andando del centro histórico, nos movimos andando sin necesidad de utilizar transporte público. Si lo necesitas hay paradas cercanas.

Bom mas a precisar de reparações

Pessoas simpáticas, local bom para deslocações ao centro mas o quarto e casa de banho muito antigos e a precisar de reparações, com ruídos muito perturbadores! Muito pó no quarto e um pequeno almoço muito pobre mas com um café bom.

Hotel céntrico, limpio, buen desayuno y buen trato

Hemos estado 3 amigas madrileñas 4 días en el Hotel Piave, Giorgio y su chica, nos han tratado fenomenal, ha sido como si estuvieramos en nuestra casa! La habitación, está fenomenal, los desayunos, la ubicación, y sobre todo el trato tan agradable de ellos. Cuando volvamos a Roma, iremos de nuevo al H. Piave!!!

Pieni ja huomaamaton hotelli tavallisessa asuintalossa. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja sujuvaa. Huoneet siistejä ja aamiainen, joka sisältyi hintaan, oli oikein hyvä. Läheinen sijainti Terminin asemaan edesauttaa liikkumista ja yleisimpiin nähtävyyksiin kävelyetäisyys. Hinta-laatusuhteeltaan erinomainen.

Уютный отель в центре Рима

Останавливаемся с удовольствием здесь во второй раз. Дружелюбная атмосфера, прекрасное расположение, пешком до площади Республики или же до вокзала очень близко, via Veneto со своими кафешками тоже рядом. Отель находится на спокойной улице, 3 этаж дома со старинным красивым лифтом. В номерах чисто, каждый день уборка, есть кондиционер. В номере также был холодильник, телевизор(мы не смотрим). Завтраки очень вкусные - просто лучшие, что мы где-либо пробовали, словом, на любой вкус. Нарезка мясо / сыр, яйца, йогурты, свежие разнообразные фрукты, разные булочки, круасаны, бисквиты, джемы, нутелла, печеньки, соки, молоко, чай, кофе, хлопья. С вокзала идут точно автобусы 38 и 92 до остановки Goito / XX Settembre. На углу знаменитая мороженица, в которую выстраиваются по вечерам очереди. Если посчастливится снова быть в Риме, то остановимся здесь!

Così così. Sciacquone insufficiente, soffione della doccia otturato, ascensore inaffidabile, battuta sul peso della mia ragazza del receptionist non opportuna né divertente. Non credo torneremo. Peccato perché la posizione è ottima.

Acogedor y trabajadores muy serviciales

Acogedor, céntrico y bien comunicado, líneas 62 y 75 de autobús muy muy cerca para ir a las zonas más turísticas de la ciudad. La habitación pequeña pero acogedora. Lo menos, el desayuno, poca variedad y no tienen tostadora.

Bello!!

Finalmente un hotel che corrisponde a ciò che vedi al momento della scelta. Piccolino, al terzo piano di un palazzo, ben curato nei dettagli. Molto molto carino. Personale molto gentile. A pochissimi passi dalla fermata dei bus e per chi vuole camminare a 15 min dal centro di Roma

Nous avons rencontré quelques problèmes : - insonorisation de la chambre inexistante, nous entendions distinctement nos voisines, le bruit de leur chasse d'eau et de leur douche - Notre chasse d'eau fonctionnait très, très mal - Le sèche-cheveux ne fonctionnait pas - Le wifi fonctionnait mal
