I had an incredible stay at Voyager House! The accommodations exceeded my expectations in every way. Perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet minutes from vibrant attractions. The interior was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and fully equipped with everything needed. The host's exceptional communication, warm welcome and thoughtful recommendations made all the difference. Voyager House truly felt like home away from home! The cozy bedrooms, spacious living areas and wonderful outdoor spaces made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended! I'm already looking forward to returning!

I like that the b@b was close to everything. I did not like the cleaning staff that came when we were napping. They were yelling screaming and slamming g doors for over 1 hour. Outside is across from the train station which is handy but a very sketchy part of town.

Location was great. The shower is super tiny. A large person could not use it. The big issue was that the staff gave the passcode to our room to another patron who opened our door at 1 in the morning. Not acceptable.

After a very long flight, we were ready to check in at the instructed time, but it was delayed by 45 minutes, which is not acceptable while we had to wait around with luggage and backpacks... The listing was not clear that this home is actually a subdivided apartment with 3 bedrooms, which has a shared kitchen and hallway; we did not feel comfortable. The hair dryer was thin plastic, which made the handle very hot.

The #1 benefit of this hotel is that it directly across the street from Roma Termini (the main train station). If you fly in, take train to this station. Exit to the left and it is directly across the street. Extremely convenient. For a private little studio, it was great. Nothing fancy. Super practical. And, it has a shared kitchen with a washing machine. Took a little while to figure it out. Just wash on quick cycle and they have a clothes hanger in room to let them dry. Also- it has GREAT WiFi Overall, would highly recommend it!

It took me more than one hour to check in. The building's elevator was stuck on the 7th floor. My room is on the 11th floor. I waited more than 30 minutes in the hot lobby and had to walk up to the 7th floor to get the elevator down to the lobby.

staff war really really nice and welcoming and the room was okay. what we didnt like was that the floor war dirty and there was humam hair everywhere. (floor,bed,towels) something that was really awful was the smell that was coming from the drain. we had to keep the bathroom door closet at all times because the smell would fill the room even with the window open. when you went to the toilett we almost puked everytime. bed was clean and the room was „nice“ otherwise. please take care of that drain smell for future guests!!

1. The room is on the 11th floor, the old elevator is too narrow. A medium and a small luggage could barely fit in, and it has two doors for you to hold on to just to be able to get in or out, it’s annoying. 2. I was happy that the lady waited for me and let me leave my luggages before check in time. 3. I noticed the bed was messy when I got in at 2:30. She said she’ll take care of that so I had to step out and to come back at 3. Bed was not done when I came back at 4 pm. I had to step out again and texted her bed is messy it has to be cleaned by 6 pm. Come 7 pm, they fixed the bed but the pillows have no cases, the comforter has no duvet cover. 4. Two guys opened the door without knocking, I was half naked, they did not even apologize, they only spoke Spanish, and pointed at the bed so I understood that they came to fix the bed and provide towels for me. I was kind of embarrassed and annoyed at the same time. Why so late? 5. The shower door frames were broken. There’s no soap dispenser or anything to put your shampoo or soap on except the floor! 6. Location is convenient because it’s right across Roma Termini, but the area is bad unfortunately, you always have to watch your back or carry your valuables in front of you. I don’t recommend this place for those who are looking for a comfortable hotel stay. This is an apartelle or maybe a hostel. 3 out of 5.
