"This hotel was much better than I expected. I was in town for a special event, the funeral of Charles Norman Shay, so I thought occupancy and rates would be very high. The price of the room was so low I thought the property would be kind of old and clapped out, but it’s actually very nice and recently renovated, and I stayed a second night. "Such an elegant historical stay. Host was very friendly and informative. We had a lovely balcony room with views of the beautiful cathedral. Breakfast includes super fresh croissants, pastries, yogurt and fresh fruits. All served in an intimate dining room. Great location to visit all of the historical D-day sites."
