"Breakfast could be better ."

"Breakfast was the best part of this hotel. Otherwise, it was quite noisy. The room doors slammed shut, thus creating slamming noises whenever other guests entered or left their rooms. I could hear the tv from the other room. The toilet paper holder was broken. I expected more quality from a Hampton Inn. "

"I was switched rooms after a major house fire I just wanted to sleep The room they put me in had a line across the top of the tv and the toilet was malfunctioning due to a crack pipe clogging the back of the toilet!!!!!!!! We were so exhausted and devastated we just went to bed We had been here a week and at another Wyndham for a few days that was even worse but I’m being accused of smoking in my room and that’s not possible the maids came in and smelled and even went to the front desk and til d the staff nobody smoked in that room they still were rude and threw a phone number at us to call I have nothing left now while waiting on insurance to get us into a new place I DID NOT smoke in any room !!!!! The time it says I did I was sound asleep I go to bed at 9 pm every night due to the time I have to be at work . They charged us and accused us for this while we were sleeping gave us the report Oh and I don’t vape either I used to run a hotel I’m 44 yrs old I am not stupid enough to smoke in a hotel room My husband and I are on camera everytime we smoked going to our car The maids saw us every time the staff saw us every time And I barely smoke The maintenance here is awful because every room has an issue I feel their lil “ smoke detector “ is malfunctioning And why would it say I smoked while I was asleep ? Makes no sense whatsoever and again we had a maid come in she went down do the front desk and vouched for us that it did not smell of any smoke"

"Room was clean and spacious. Staff was pleasant. Only there for a short time, so didn't get to experience breakfast. we did have dinner and it was very good with a nice ambiance as they had a lone guitar player/singer who did a nice job."

"this makes me doubt the validity of trip advisor ratings since it has over an 8 and is easily in the bottom ten percent of hotels i have stayed in. The place is run down, filthy, there is no hot water, luke warm at best, breakfast should be eliminated as it is awful, only positive is inexpensive. The free wifi was unreliable."
