He was friendly, respectful, anticipated our needs and ensured we knew what was available to us. He ensured we were happy with our stay and time in the lounge. Don't think he could have been better! He made us feel at home and that he truly cated about making our stay the best it could be. Leon was hospitality at its finest."

"The hotel is a little tired. We stayed in a small apartment which wasn't really clear it wasn't on the hotel property. Also no ac and it was pretty hot the days we were there. There are a few places to eat and drink, rather there could have been. Only one place was open limited hours during our stay. It was reasonably clean and the staff were all friendly, just for 600 a night we expected a little more. "

"Seit der Eröffnung 2005 buche ich dieses Hotel immer mal wieder, um Veranstaltungen in der Veltins Arena zu besuchen. Mittlerweile gab es ja schon einige Eigentümerwechsel. Und jetzt ist es unter der Führung von "Welcome Hotels". Die Nähe zur Arena macht es für mich perfekt. In 3 Minuten ist man da. Ja, die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (stört mich nicht).
