"Pet friendly but not disabled friendly. Staff excellent management useeless. Had a fall lift broken,put on top floor inspte of using disabled buggy. Requested for manager to call ne re complaint no call,i made 4 call toll charged kept waiting average 15 minutes for them to find manager only to have to hang up due to cost. Would advise anyone not to go here,staff great manager useless. Half of evening menu unavailable both nights"

"I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing overall. The biggest issue was the door lock. It was very unreliable and failed multiple times. I had to go down to reception several times just to get access to the room, which was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. "The WiFi is good and if you are staying for few days you can even enjoy watching TV and movies. The subway and other local shops are nearby; close to Bullring and Grand central so is convenient."

"Its just off the City Centre near A38. 20 Minutes walk from New Street Station. Does food until 8 but no breakfast. Its a quiet pub with rooms. No lift."

"The National Conference centre is only 10-15 min by car so ideal location. I attended a three day event there and returned to Garner Hotel for the night. There was availability to book breakfast if I wanted. "

"Safe very convenient location to stations, centre and 02 Academy. Mini Tesco and Sainsbury also in walking distance. Had a standard room which was very sufficient, nice biscuits, coffee bags instead of instant and a small fridge. Bathroom had an emergency sanitary kit which saved my life. Rooms well sound proofed. Only thing was some of the furniture was a bit chipped and tired, the desk chair I reported to reception as it was very tatty and torn, hence knocked off one star. "

"The reception staff were excellent, Restaurant staff sadly were absolutely not! I had to leave my table and go to reception to get attention. Sadly the service didn’t get better after my complaint, and I left without pudding or a drink to go to my room with.
