"Spacious clean room. Very quiet on the 6th floor - slept brilliantly. Nice breakfast. Lovely staff. Parking nearby was reasonably priced. "

"We use this hotel as it is central to theatre land and lots of great restaurants. Room was excellent, clean and very comfortable. The only downside was our complimentary mini bar had not been restocked after the previous occupancy. This was soon rectified following a call to reception. The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was plentiful with both hot and cold choices."

"Room was clean and I had a really good sleep! Everything else was great. Apart from one member of staff, who wasn’t rude but wasn’t welcoming on arrival and I felt as if I was bothering him when I asked a couple of questions. Not someone I would wasn’t to work front of house. That’s why I gave 4 stars."

"I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing overall. The biggest issue was the door lock. It was very unreliable and failed multiple times. I had to go down to reception several times just to get access to the room, which was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. Another major problem was that the lift was not working. I had to carry my pushchair and manage my kids up to the third floor, which was very difficult and stressful. This made the stay even more uncomfortable for my family. The room cleanliness was acceptable, but the overall condition of the hotel was not great. The door looked very old, and the carpet was noticeably dirty, which made the place feel poorly maintained. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. However, due to poor maintenance, the lift issue, and the constant problems with the door lock, I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made."
