Riverwalk Plaza
Numerous unsupervised teenagers sprinting through the hallways and making lots of noise as late as two in the morning on a Thursday night. Staff were aware of the issue yet it persisted.

Hyatt Vacation Club at Wild Oak Ranch, San Antonio
This is my third time staying here and I have definitely noticed a few things have changed and not for the better. Just seemed to me the customer has to suffer with minimal housekeeping and not the customer service there was before.

Menger Hotel
Beautiful historic hotel filled with antique furniture light fixtures and artwork. Limited staffing. Restaurant closed two days in a row. Elevator floor was never cleaned during stay.
