The staff were incredibly helpful and always quick to respond whenever we had questions. The check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow, making our arrival completely stress-free. "Beauty, comfort and location!..The bed is comfortable, the location is only 10 minutes walk to the duomo, but located in a quiet place. The kitchen is complete and there is a grocery store only 2 minutes from the hotel. The bathroom is beautifully made with mármol floors.. there is even laundry machines in the common area… Ovewrwll great!.."

"Room was not what I had reserved Tv was not working, wall paper coming off the wall , picture on the wall had tape around it . Bathroom was for one person instead of 2 I do want mention that at the end of my stay the front manager came to talk to me and rebated around 133 euro from my bill Not enough in my opinion"

"Property as described, furnished well appears to have been updated recently. Had two issues, which the manager worked to resolve quickly which we appreciated. First and biggest was a significant foul smell coming from the first bathroom, apparently coming up through the pipes if water not left in the sink, shower or bides - it got much better after they addressed, but still present. Second issue more minor was bed sheets not super clean. Pretty sure laundered and just laundered with other stuff...

"Great location -- the check in process was confusing. Since there is no lobby there needs to be better communication of how it all works before. I was unable to open the link to the pre-registration and asked for help but didn't get a response. Ended up ok and enjoyed staying there"
