"Good location with cozy room"

"I have been here with my family a few times and we always enjoy our time here. We love staying in the different rooms and the pool has a beautiful view."

"Unfortunately, my stay at Embassy Suites was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, it was clear that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. The toilet lid was visibly dirty, and there were still popcorn crumbs left on the couch from what appeared to be a previous guest. The room also showed signs of poor maintenance, including damage to the wall and a chipped bathroom door. However, the absolute worst part of the experience was the bed. I genuinely don't know how a bed could possibly be that...

"Views were amazing, room could be better maintained though"

"I liked the artwork in the room and clean room. However, above our room on the 1st floor, we heard loud creaking every time the person above our room walked, which started at 6:30am, It was bothersome, even when we were awake. I told the front desk that they need to fix their flooring. I would stay here again only if I knew that I would get a room on the 2nd floor."
