"We arrived on the 2nd of May 26 on arrival we went to reception to check in and it was very welcoming we was given our room numbers and which way to go to find them . We arrived by motorcycle and asked where to park we was told the car park was at the back of the hotel , our parking was free but if you arrive by car there is a charge . When we got to our room on the 5th floor we was pleasantly surprised at how big the room was , the bed was very comfortable plenty of storage room . We was taking a bath/ shower and was amazed ate the television over the bath it’s nice to lie in a bath and watch television. We had breakfast which was okay but thought it was a little expensive. We enjoyed our stay for the two nights with food out in town and drinks the bar in the hotel was great and all staff very polite."

"upgraded to a suite beach house sandsend excellent thank you.the brasserie food we thought was overpriced for instance we had chicken kyffs compared to a meal deal from m and s at £15 for the same meal which also included veg and a sweet.the staff were very helpful and friendly."
