"The lobby area was clean, beautiful, inviting and had a wealthy aroma. Our room was modern, clean, cozy and the bed was comfortable The staff at the reception, office and restaurants were courteous and extremely helpful. All the meals at the restaurants were very reasonable and delicious. I am definitely returning to RIU, Panama."

"This is a beautiful and quiet, well maintained hotel. The proximity to Panama City (20 min) makes it very attractive. I found the staff being very friendly and helpful. However, I just give 4 stars because there is a lot of opportunity to improve the buffet. The meat section can be enhance with more variety and attention to the customer requests . In regards to the restaurants, they are good, being the French the best one. I recommend this hotel if you want to have the best of both worlds, nature and city"

"The hotel was clean, quiet and staff was very kind and helpful even with the language barrier. Food was amazing alot of options even for me who is gluten free. However, the pool could use an upgrade.The hotel is close to alot so there was lot to see and do right around the area by taking a little walk."
