"Couldn't operate the TV in the living room. Staff came to help but as soon as they left I couldn't operate the TV again. Some paint needed in the bathroom next to the tub. Ants in the kitchen. Walked to the city center and square. Overall it was very enjoyable. I would stay there again."

"Lovely room and helpful staff. The shuttle to downtown was out of commission so they provided free Lyft rides to and from the Plaza. Excellent service at the breakfast buffet, keeping everything clean and stocked. Will stay here again whenever back in Santa Fe."
