Reception and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful, made us feel welcome immediately. The rooms were clean and easy to set up for the correct heating. Free breakfast, including cooked to order from the selection of their menu. Honestly a wonderful time.

The Inn at Vanessie
Clean room, great cleaning staff. Reception was not attentive and missing first day. Staff explained that hotel is missing leadership given state of owner absenr due to personal reasons.

Inn and Spa at Loretto
The Hotel was amazing - the rooms, staff and amenities were on point. Plenty of nice shops in the hotel and right next door to the Loretto Chapel.

El Sendero Inn, an Ascend Collection Hotel
The room was spotless, had good lighting, had a stool at the foot of the bed that was so handy and the sheets were fabulous!!
