The taps for hot water were fiddly to use and often quite frustrating- concept is better than the practicality- just keep a kettle for guests!! "We booked a Junior suite and the room was lovely and spacious. The staff at check in, check out, at the concierge desk, helping with luggage, turn down service were superb. Things I would suggest improving on are minor. The executive lounge needs more variety of the refreshment and snack options on offer. I feel the breakfast service needs to be more consistent, on the 1st morning we weren't made aware of the cooked to order options available. On our 2nd morning the breakfast service was...

It took us about 10-15 to get to areas of shopping around the Trevi Fountain area and there was also some shopping in the other direction near the Opera House. It worked out great for us. Our room was adorable and very clean. We really can't say enough great things about the staff and the 24 hour reception desk. Yes, we would stay here again."
