"Overall, great stay. Clean room and property overall, nice beach and plenty of beach chairs. Enough of a selections of foods at the buffet, as well as speciality restaurants. Pure lime ( Mexican restaurant) was the worst experience of all. Moldy lettuce and dress that still stinks like burned oil and food because of lack of ventilation at the location. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Nice perk of rides to sister resort Tamarinj."

"One of my all time favorite hotel resorts. LOVE the koi ponds throughout the property, the parrots and of course the black swan that is a full time resident among the Koi. Location is PERFECT. Walk out the lobby and BOOM….everything you could ever want is right there. Staff is amazing, property is exquisite! We go every February"

"Staff was friendly and accommodating. The resort is gorgeous with plenty of space to lounge at the pool and beach. We celebrated our honeymoon at this resort 30 years ago when it was the Americana, and returned for our 30 year anniversary. The staff surprised us with a bottle of champagne in our room. Great experience! Highly recommend this resort!!"
