"Everything is so clean, fresh and new. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered great selections, only recommendation would be to have bananas. The location is perfect for commuting to Disney parks. Did not get to enjoy the amenities this time around but will be staying again in May. Overall great experience and you can't beat the price!"

"We love the rosen inn lake buena vista! I have stayed here so many times. Beds are comfy. Rooms are clean. AC works well. Buildings 3 and 4 are very quiet even on the highway side. Check in is pretty fast. There is a $10/night parking and a $50 incidentals hold. Shampoo and conditioner are provided. Within 15 minutes to the Disney parks. Area is very safe and close to shops and restaurants and close to the highway. I have never eaten at the restaurant but they do have one. It is also a good neighbor hotel so they have shuttles, just make sure to get the list when you check in. Can't recommend this place enough! We always check in late at night and its the same employees so i like the loyalty. We will be back in 2 months. Can't wait."

"Front desk staff left a lot to be desired. Very unfriendly room was not ready at 4 PM. Had to wait an additional one hour requested for them to comp my Parking, which they did however felt like other things could have been offered. Would never stay there again very bad experience."
