"Oldest and most worn Hyatt place I’ve stayed in. Room had past guests towel hanging from the door, body hair in the bathroom. Chips on the floor of the elevator and overflowing trash cans in the lobby. Breakfast was sparse and picked over by 8:30 am. I’ll pick a holiday inn express next time."

"The bathroom was dated. The tub had visible rust around the drainage. The water didn’t drain properly from the tub, so it accumulated."

"A very stark, tired hotel, but rooms were clean. Hotel right next to bus station… in a depressed part of town. Yet, it was walkable to downtown.
