"Lovely hotel and fantastic views, my room was too warm because the weather on the day I stayed was amazing! Unfortunately the thermostat in my room didn’t work, I reported it in the morning during check-out and the receptionist was lovely, didn’t charge me for parking and was very apologetic. I would stay again!"

"Fabulous from check in to check out. I stayed one night, midweek. I made use of the spa, which was absolutely gorgeous. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The lady at check-in was so warm and welcoming. Room has everything you need including fridge with complementary water, coffee machine, hairdryer, and toiletries. Cannot wait to stay again"

"Generally the apartment was good - nice space, bed was comfy, shower was good. However it wasn’t the cleanest, generally could do with a good clean, the sofa needed hoovering and the bathroom could do with a really good scrub. The oven needed a good clean and the trays. The kitchen wasn’t best equipped which was a real downside for me as I was staying there as I’m travelling for work weekly and wanted somewhere I could cook. There was limited pans and no sharp knife, and having the ‘microwave...

"Great location right in the heart of Liverpool, Perfect for two families with one kid or two couples. Very clean, comfortable and secure. Also comes with a lift to the ground floor which the elder members of my family found very useful. Great communication with host. Very easy forms to complete, entry information delivered in plenty of time. I'd definitely use EPIC and the apartment again."

"Kitchen was well equipped, fridge freezer, 5 ringed hob, microwave, wine cooler, kettle, sachets of milk coffee & a couple of teabags. All crockery cups plates supplied, plus’s knifes & forks. All utensils plus pans. "

"Good size apartment and very clean - beds very comfy and lovely big fluffy bath towels. Decor is very basic and the rooms are missing soft furnishings or something to soften them as feel very bare and a bit soulless. Excellent location but we were on top floor and no lift it was very difficult with cases etc. Very noisy first thing with the bins and beer deliveries but to be expected when in a highly populated hospitality area. Well worth the money though."

"If you’re looking for the best hotel in Liverpool that is local to the stadium, this is the one. I travelled from London for a football match and booked this hotel for the weekend. Staff are caring, breakfast was good! The rooms are well maintained. It’s a shame we couldn’t stay longer. Thank you so much :)"
