We were very immersed in the city and we could easily access just by stepping outside. The staff were also amazing! They were the friendliest and most welcoming community. "I traveled with my family. Although the hotel is located about a 15–20 minute walk from the main attractions in the city center, it is worth it. Here’s why: 1. The hotel lobby is staffed 24 hours a day. 2. The staff were very helpful and stored our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. 3. "Staff were super lovely, we were greeted by a very enthusiastic and full of character Giovanni who made us feel welcome. The place is very well kept, breakfast had a surprisingly wider variety of food for a continental breakfast, and is in a nice quiet part of Florence that is still accessible to the city centre. There are also some roaming cats around that became joyful to spot throughout our stay - thoroughly recommend this hotel!"

"Old style but impeccably kept hotel. Like the good old days and it is well located, just two blocks from the train station and three blocks from the Duomo. The rooms and hotel in general are beautiful. The operation is run great and the service is very efficient but don’t expect to get any smiles from the personnel.
