"The apartment was great and very spacious and the staff where very friendly. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a centrally located stay in London. My only recommendation would be that they replace the windows and give the place a little TLC as it is looking a little tired."

"Everything was great The appartement we stayed in does require some renovation as it is showing its age (bathroom sink, bathtub had lots of scratches, kitchen furniture was worn out, living room sofa etc) but apart from that all good"

"It was really good. A representative called and coordinated to meet us to check us in. It was a very nice place. Only problem was, photos showed a terrace, and the booking indicated a terrace, but we were given an apartment in the basement with no terrace, so we had to walk out to smoke."
