"My complaint is they start cleaning at 830 am and, when you are trying to rest that is no good,you ask for coffee or other things oh we don't have any more, no microwave you can use and charge you 25 dollars for service fee per day but is not there when you do your reservation."

"They really did not have a breakfast. Hard boiled eggs, cold cereal, And waffles really dont do it for me. If you are going to say you serve breakfast you got to do better than that. What you have is self-serve for an adolescent."

"Good location with easy access over the causeway to Treasure Island and Madeira Beach. Top floor has a bit of a musty smell but Hotel is 110 years old. Wish we had seen some ghosts. Rooms are huge with comfortable bed and good size bathroom. Cold AC just a bit noisy. Breakfast was the best we have had by far at this price point. Good choice for this area."

"the breakfast was nonexistent, the air conditioning left you feeling sticky and wet due to no humidity control. few trash cans on property and the ones in room only in bathroom and tiny. King size suite and table on one side of bed so light was minimal. Also only one table beside the sofa. Just didn't seem to be anything to make your stay comfortable. no water in room to make coffee, fridge was not cold and micro was very hard to open."

"Terrible! I promise you will regret staying here. The ONLY positive this property has is the very nice young lady at the front desk. Has NO water pressure to speak of. Could not brush my teeth at the sink. Woke up one morning and my bathroom floor was flooded. Entire place was really sketchy. Elevator felt and sounded like it was going to strand you. Dirty, nasty. Go ahead and stay there and see what you think."

"We stayed in a room over looking the dumpster, both the bathroom and room ceiling had pealing paint due to damp! The air conditioning sounded like a wind tunnel constantly noisy!!! I made reception aware and advised the lady at check out but she simply wrote a note but didn’t even acknowledge what I had said! I was charged $30 a day as a ‘Resort’ apparently for self parking, WIFI and the pool? Really??? I will not be back!!!!!"
