"Suite was great for a budget-friendly 5 day stay. Two full baths with a separate bedroom from the sitting area were perfect for us, and the larger fridge made it much easier to keep our cooler items cold. The bedroom TV signal needed adjusted, but I forgot to mention that to staff."

The refrigerator was super old and the freezer has a lot of ice stuck on the top making the refrigerator leak. We had to put towels around it. There are so many rooms that I feel like house keeping has to rush to get them all done. As I found several pieces of glass on the floor in front of microwave and next to the toilet. "Property appears to be in average condition, Rooms good, Pool and ice machines and such in poor condition. Breakfast area was Good and Food was good. Prices in the onsite market were a bit steep. "I liked the roll over shower. I did not like that it leaked onto bathroom floor in spite of seeing calk to prevent that. I was in the room all day working at computer but the dark out electronic blinds did not work. I called in for repair first day and no one came until 2 pm. They were put on a recharge for 2 hours. "When we arrived, a woman was screaming on the phone in the lobby talking about how she had been jumped. There were cigarette burns all over the floor and kitchen counter. Didn’t feel safe, terrible vibe."

"While this hotel has great breakfast, there were so many problems. -Elevator was broken all 4 days. -Ice machine broken except on top floor ( but no elevator) all 4 days -Guest laundry on 1st floor broken dryer. -All bathroom fans turned off at property (if you hand wash clothes they never dry), -Housekeeping service never offered or explained if it is limited.
