"The location is good and we have stayed at this property several times when visiting Shreveport. Unfortunately, we will not be staying at this property anymore. The water pressure is terrible (like non-existence from the sink), the bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioner was loud."

"I stayed for a Tuesday through Sunday and requested housekeeping every day and they showed up at the end of the third day after my husband called and got loud with the desk. The room was grimy. I ran out of body wash the second day and ended up just having to use shampoo because housekeeping would not show up. The floor was so dirty that I cleaned it with a hotel towel and a sink of handsoap and water because it was just disgusting. The towel was brown after I was done and I just had a small...

"Well thanks to Expedia we got the wrong room and could not change because of third party booking. The hot tub wasn’t working which was a big part of our booking because we were traveling a long distance. Water pressure was terrible in sink and shower. The corridor to the room was hot because AC wasn’t working. Many reasons to be cautious next time I’m booking with Expedia and Homewood Suites."

"this is a safe feeling area for the down town location. we loved the furnished kitchen and full refrigerator -and the breakfast was excellent! lots of parking -even for our trailers. "

"I was ready to leave. The air conditioner didnt work. Our room stayed around 75 the whole night. I wet rags and put all over me. To top it off... the suite i booked for my family wasnt held. So my kids were down the hall from me. So on top of a hot miserable night i couldn't sleep due to worrying about my minor kids. I will never visit another one of these properties. "

"They let us leave our car there while we were on vacation. We actually walked on sidewalk to the hotel when we returned from the airport. Rooms are very nice with new paint and bathrooms. The breakfast is top quality and staff are friendly."
