First time at a bed and breakfast so can’t compare but the staff was great and they offered plenty of snacks and drinks. Only complaint is the room was a bit too warm for us. We were upstairs in a small room.

This location was a miss for us. Location was poor, unfortunately the area is a little rundown. We were greeted by the unhoused in the area while circling to get to the hotel. The Boardwalk is pretty non existent, as everything is mostly closed down. Downtown area is also pretty closed and rundown. ...

Horseshoe Bossier City– A Caesars Rewards Destination
Everyone was friendly at check in, but they were understaffed and had people waiting. The room was very clean, but dated. Bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. We went to the sports bar and it was delicious and we he service was great. Overall the stay was good.

Bally’s Shreveport Casino and Hotel
The hotel was dirty. We had black mold on the wall which was the bathroom on the other side. Had a man following us around the casino and couldn’t find any staff or security to help. Would never go back!
