"Great hotel Convenient location"

"The location was excellent, very close to the subway station. Good blackout curtains for blocking light and minimal sound that could be heard from the outside streets. The staff and amenities were good as well. The one thing is that the room bed frame was a bit dusty, which could be cleaned a bit better."

"Bed and pillows are not great but it does the job for my stay. Rooms are small. I wish there's more shelf space for us to put our stuff. Great location. Groceries store were right next door for fresh fruits."

"This hotel was nice and the field of the baseball field was amazing. We were actually able to watch a game from our room. The front desk staff were amazing. The room however had a smell and the bathroom shower area smelled a bit musty. That's a personal pet peeve. But we were only here for one night. So we made it work. Otherwise a very nice hotel."

"Pros: right next to the Seibu-Shinjuku train station which had a Starbucks and Krispy Kreme. Also right across the street for several little restaurants, McDonalds and a 7-Eleven. The staff were friendly and helpful. Cons: there was very limited storage (eg no closets, drawers) for our clothes. There was an open clothes rack with hangers but we just ended up keeping things in our suitcase. The shower curtain didn’t extend all the way around the tub so we’d have to use our towels to soak up the...

"Small but functional rooms and bathrooms. Easy walk to stations, shopping, dining and Tokyo busy life"

"The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient. However, the room felt quite small for two people (one adult and one child). One downside was the elevator situation. Between 9:00–10:00 AM, the elevators were extremely busy, resulting in long wait times. At night, it was even worse. Noise was another issue. Almost every night, we could hear police cars and ambulance sirens, which made it difficult to rest. I suppose this is one of the drawbacks of staying in the heart of the red-light...

"It was really nice but I wish i was shorter so I didn’t hit the walls"

"Rooms were very nice, a decent size and bed super comfortable. Staff were very friendly on arrival and throughout our stay. Rooftop onsen was amazing, giving great views of Tokyo with free ice lolly’s once you come out. Although we didn’t try the restaurant I heard very good things and there is a 7-eleven directly across from the hotel when you need a late night snack etc. Location was great, little walk to the closest subway station but main shinjuku area very close by with the Golden Gai...
