"I enjoyed this spacious riad in the middle of the Fes medina. The location feels complex at first, but once familiar, it’s perfect. I stayed in the terrace room on Level 2 with easy access to the balcony, which offered a great view as owner Kibir recommended. I even managed to do a bit of work on the balcony in the quiet morning before breakfast. At night it was very peaceful, enough to make me forget the bustle of the medina."

"Location is just two minutes from entrance to the medina. The riad was just renovated few years ago, room is classic, clean and living there was a joy. "I am happy with my stay , I was really looking for a traditional Moroccan place to stay and Ryad Alya did not disappoint. The architecture is very traditional and I can feel the local tradition in my stay. They also served the best traditional Moroccan breakfast and Idris was so nice to wait for me for my late check in and also for providing me good breakfast himself. "Delightful and helpful staff. Large rooms that are comfortable and nicely decorated. Rooftop terrace comfortable and beautiful view. We enjoyed breakfast daily. We had dinner at the Riad one night and it was very good.
We arranged several tours and transportation through the owner and were happy with the results.
My only caveat,: This property is a Riad and that means you should be ready to climb stairs. "
