Petter and Ishmam at the front desk went above and beyond to help gather information on (Ingmar) Bergman filming locations in the city and even prepared a summary cross-referenced with a local map. "Room was spotless and well presented. Bathroom was a bit basic with no amenities provided but that's fine. Did not see any staff but had no need to. I would've provided confirmation of how to enter hotel/room slightly earlier; only heard back just before getting on flight to get to Sweden but again, it all worked out well in the end"
