When i arrived, they said they dont do any online rsvp's If i prepaid, i need to get my money back from expedia and pay for the room again. I need a room, so i did. They gave me a key and i opened my room door to a occupied room. Awkward. ..."

"At the time the elevators did not work. We had to use the service elevators. Despite that little problem the staff and the rooms were amazing. Every one from the breakfast staff helping you to the house keeping.every staff member we interacted with on the service elevator was so nice and helpful"

"My son left his phone outside un the back and the staff found it as we were leaving; realizing he had lost it and in a hurry to get to work, they returned it to us!!! Very good and honest staff. Loved the stay but this is what won us over. Thank you again for being so kind and just good people!"
