One of the best - if not, The best private guest house / B&B establishment in the central Skegness area! Lovely clean house & quality freshly cooked & prepared breakfasts - that were consistently excellent over the 5 days that I availed of them. I also availed of one evening meal - The Sunday Roast & Desert and this too was equally excellent & very good value. They also have a large external front area with very good wooden garden furniture / chairs / tables - although I did not avail of they looked very comfortable and a nice place to spend an hour or so reading or sharing a cold drink & conversing with other guests / residents.

We had such a lovely stay at the hotel, the facilities were lovely and clean and the hosts were extremely welcoming. It was my first time staying over in Skegness and I can safely say that if I were to come again I would stay here without hesitation. The room had everything I needed, lovely and clean and such a quiet area which was an added bonus, also within a 10 minute walk of pretty much everything you'd need which makes this location is perfect. Thank you so much for everything
