"The roon was clean. Check in staff were Helpfull. I was surprised that we had to pay for the bottle water. I feel it should be included. I did like that coffee was olincluded but had to use tap water to brew the coffee. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend the hotel. Location also great."

"It looked as if the property has been refurbished however seemed cheaply done. First the front desk staff was extremely poor. When I checked in at 3 I was told that only some room were clean and that if I wanted a second floor room it would be awhile. The front desk girl was taking to house keeping asking when rooms would be done and then said “well that ghetto”. I came back a hour later and finally got my room. I was told “ you’re staying with us for 4 days so we don’t do house keeping unless requested. The next day I asked for clean towels and it seemed like this was a huge request. They did replace the towels in the room but didn’t even touch the bed. I had only 5 Kleenex on the container and it was empty. Didn't even replace the kleenex. Same thing the next day. Had to ask for towels each day. The room finally got some house keeping done on the 3rd day however the floor was not swept. The toilet handle was loose and feel off. I had to fix that. The hallway had some French fries that somewhat dropped and they remained in the hall for two days. They had a patio with chairs outside off of the pool. I went out to sit and enjoy the weather however the door was lock when I attempted to go back in. Thankfully I had my phone so o could call the front desk to get someone to come over and let me back in otherwise I’d have to climb over the 6 foot wall. The worst of all was probably the front desk staff. Not a single one had any customer service skills."

"We always try to stay at Embassy suited because the cleanliness and professionalism is always great and this location did not disappoint. The room was exceptionally clean and the all the staff we encountered were courteous and polite. We would definitely stay here again"

"We always come to this hotel. But this stay wasn’t good and did not meet our expectations. We always come even when we lived in Michigan. Since we moved out of MI there was the renovation but the hot tub is a true gem of the hotel itself. This night if our stay the hot tub was under maintenance. We understand we stayed during a holiday. However, the hot tub wasn’t warm it was very cold. The staff knew it but failed to put an out of order sign on the pool door to at least let guests know the hot tub wasn’t working. We’ll try and give this hotel another try when we’re in town. Hopefully, the hot tub is fixed by then."

"The hotel was incredibly clean, which was a definite plus. However, the soundproofing leaves something to be desired — given its location near a hospital and a main road, noise was noticeable throughout the night even with earplugs in. The room also lacked some basic amenities I'd expect, like a complimentary bottle of water and a shower cap. At check-in, the three staff members and a manager looked up and smiled when I walked in but didn't offer a greeting — I had to speak first. They appeared to be in the middle of a conversation with the manager, so customer focus felt lacking. No one mentioned the WiFi or offered any orientation to the hotel. I had left a note on my reservation mentioning I was taking the day for self-care. When I arrived and asked about a complimentary room upgrade, I was told my loyalty status wasn't high enough — understandable, but a small gesture acknowledging the note would have gone a long way. Overall, while the cleanliness was impressive, the service experience left me unlikely to return."
