"This place was AMAZING!! We arrived earlier than expected- we were unable to check in immediately but we were given pool key and parking pass. We decided to explore a little and when we returned just to cool down and expected it to be a long while before we could check in- our room was ready. Our receptionist and General manager were great, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Loved the refrigerator and small kitchenette. We will definitely be here again!! Already...

"Comforter had a spot of blood on it. The coffee maker did not work. The floor was sticky in the bathroom and foyer. There was only one nightstand on one side of the king size bed. There was no soap or liquid bath wash in the shower.The refrigerator had no freezer in it. There was no safe in the room. The toilet paper holder came loose from the wall. The drain in the sink was not functional. Water stood in the Bassin because the stopper dropped down into the drain."

"Excellent stay, rooms are fantastic. Quality furniture, amenities and build. Well maintained property and hotel. Staff especially night time front desk and valet guys are super helpful. Only the Restaurants here need to up their game. For a hotel of this class, the food could have been much better and tastier. We’d love to stay here again."
