"Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. "3rd time staying here - love the house and position is great to explore the lizard. Damp was really bad this year - walls were wet and mouldy in places and kitchen cupboards very musty - cleaners were great coming out and cleaning up some of the mould. Probably damp build up if it had been shut up for a while. But we always enjoy our stay - beds comfy and loads of room for our family and little dog "
