The pool room smelt of mold and mildew, had no towels, the floor was disgusting and the pool was so nasty I wouldn't let my girls even touch the water. The room was okay, but the pillow cases and towels had stains and rips and the microwave did not work. The staff were rude, with the exception of the cleaning crew, they were very kind. Only one elevator worked, the lobby was closed for renovations, and the crew doing renovations kept setting off the fire alarm. "
