For what you pay for the balcony and lake view isn’t worth is rooms run down, no hot water and dirty not updated balcony. The restaurant on property we went to for three days was awful service even when only people in restaurant. Way over priced for the pack of service Very disappointing

Hotel Viata goes out of their way to accommodate guests- in every way possible Not only is the hotel gorgeous- but located in beautiful setting among the hills. So appreciated my 2 stays at the hotel!! And plan to be back there again.
