Easy access to terminal, welcoming & friendly staff, clean room. Always our go to when needed for early departures.

Hotel UMass
This hotel was fine. Our only suggestion would be to make it possible to control the temperature within an individual room as it became stuffy/warm in the night. Access to ice in the lobby would be nice as well. We had a nice stay, though.
