"Very comfortable room, nice clean bathroom. The walls are a bit thin though so we could hear other neighbours, although everyone was asleep at night so no problem to sleep at all. The location of the hotel is great, it is a bit out of the town, in the middle of the valley. The garden is amazing and you can walk to the well a bit far down and to the town itself. The breakfast was very generous and varied."

"The cobblestone parking was slightly challenging, and we weren’t expecting to be in a separate building from the inn, but the room was very comfortable and the large window had a great view which brightened up the space. "We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations. No pool/spa/gym/food. Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it. 2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place. Overall disappointed with the stay and feel it should be closed during renovations. The resort could be amazing but needs a lot of repairs. For what was a basic room...

"Check in was easy reallt friendly. Breakfast was good enough options to quickly have something and go about your day. Room had an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. Tea and coffee I the room too. Nice for a short stay"

"An excellent two night stay at a location we hadn't visited for some years. Our dog-friendly room was really clean . Evening meals were good. Breakfast was not included though we think it is provided at other times of the year. There was however a very good cafe and shop next door that served breakfast, coffee and snacks.
