"Rooms were clean. Location was fine. However horrible soundproofing. The building shook all night as the underground runs clearly under the building. The doors slammed all night and morning when anyone entered or exited. Didn’t sleep for two nights. No curtains in the room either and bathroom was too small to change so found this really uncomfortable. Rooms around me were being painted in and from 7am scrapping in the bathroom was being heard in the room next to me. Honestly one of the worst...

"Hotel was clean and quite updated, staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was a bit on the smaller side but very nicely laid out. The location is fantastic, tucked away on a side street away from the bustle of the main street, but a short stroll to the subway station, and well within walking distance of Kensington Palace and Royal Albert Hall."
