"Lovely little pub which myself and colleague stayed in for one night as we were attending a Farnborough exhibition. 15-20 mins max away from Farnborough exhibition hall. Staff here are so friendly and helpful. Special mention to Blake behind the bar for looking after us all evening. The head chef was lovely too and personally came to see my colleague about the lunch she chose on the next day and tailored it to her liking. "I booked with quite late notice and arrived before the typical check-in time. The welcome was warm and nothing seemed to much trouble from the start. The rooms have been sensitively decorated with little touches that link the interiors with the train station across the road, which was nice. The room was perfectly comfortable with good facilities. "We stayed for one night as I had an early morning appointment at the Queen Victoria hospital which was just a 10 minute drive from the hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The accommodation is part of a public house which is huge with loads of outdoor space with seating and a kids well equipped play area. "The staff were very friendly and the room was beautiful but it was on the same level and overlooked the beer garden, so I think that this could be a problem in the summer. It also had an interconnecting door, which meant I could hear my noisy neighbours very clearly!"
