"This is a beautiful hotel in a great location– directly above a subway station on the Airport line. With that said, I'll mention I wasn't happy with my check-in experience. Everyone was friendly during my stay, but moments after I brought my things to the room the phone rang. "The staff was friendly but it was a challenge communicating in English. The room is too small and not anywhere what the Ad depicted in Hotels.com. The AC did not work and the bathroom crampy. Since English was a challenge, I couldn't ask if I could upgrade. Based on my experience I would not stay there."
