"A poorer representation of Hyatt properties. Furniture in disrepair or non-functional in my room. Only one elevator working. A tiny bottle of wine at the bar cost me $30! When staff were apprised of issues, they scoffed and said I should have just asked them to change my room (which I booked specifically for the type and size I needed). No real attempt to address my concerns."

"Toilet, shower and air conditioning system need upgrade. Very old toilet needs to be replaced. shower head gave weak water Stream and water not hot. Weak air conditioner and occasionally made loud noises. Staff should not have given that room to me or others in the future."

"I've stayed at a few different hotels in this small area. Sheraton's room was updated with more modern bathroom than some others with dated furniture and bathrooms. However, the wifi in the room was pretty non-existent. Also some others offer free coffee all day, which was not the case here. The room seemed clean, but it wasn't vacuumed as I found some leftover trash on the carpet. The bed was comfortable and the front staff was nice."

"Upon arrival we were greeted with kindness, efficiency, and a warm smile. Our room was amazing! It was more of a suite than a standard room. The hot tub was under maintenance, but the neighboring hotel is under the same ownership, so a quick walk across the parking lot was a small inconvenience but with ease of using their facilities didn’t hinder the stay. I would 10/10 recommend staying here"

"The room was nice and clean, but the air conditioner did not work. When we arrived in the room, the temperature was 77 degrees. When we discovered that the air didn’t work we requested a different room but were informed that all the rooms were the same way because it is an older hotel and the system would not be changed to “cooling”until mid-May. All they could do was send up a fan and suggest we open the window (which only opened about three inches and didn’t have a screen on it). The temp in the room rose to 82 degrees and it took them three hours to send up a fan. We will not stay here again and would not recommend it."
