"Booked a king room executive for £199.00 over 6 months in advance. On check in at 2 pm they told me I had been downgraded to the same room, but one floor lower and the rate had been reduced £20.00. No problem. On arriving at room it had only a double bed. Not happy. Told hotel was sold out. Only solution was to refund my stay and I could go elsewhere. On a night the city is sold out. Deal agent claimed she did not know the hotels in area all sold out. Laughable. Complained to duty...

"Great bones, frustrating execution The decor, location and staff at Mollie's were genuinely excellent — the staff in particular were helpful whenever I could actually reach them. Unfortunately, the tech let the whole experience down. The WiFi wasn't working, which meant the TV didn't work either. The Bluetooth-controlled lighting was vague and unintuitive to operate. But the biggest issue was being forced to download an app just to contact room service or the front desk — there was no option...

"We had a fabulous stay at Treehouse Hotel, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, the decor was unique and our room was amazing. We stayed in a family room (a suite) with the sofa turned into a bed for our daughter, don't think of this as an old style sofa bed, this was as comfy as our bed, which was very comfy.
