"Hotel was perfect, clean and comfy. Great location, right next to the train station, the lake and local coffee shops, mall and restaurants. Staff were super nice and so helpful! "

"Late check in was easy and local restaurant still open for meal."

"We had a great time from check in to check out It was close and convenient to get to the airport. We had an issue hooking up our apple box. Called the front desk for help, they sent up maintenance. Marcin Gasiorowski came in under two minutes, had the issue fixed in no time. He was wonderful! We will be back for sure "

"Loved this hotel. The staff were excellent and friendly and the room was great. Bed was super comfy and was a perfect base to explore Zurich from. Super close to the train station too which was helpful! "
