"The view from the balcony was really great. Unfortunately the place is supposed to be maintained by the guests themselves and as a result it's not really maintained. It's not the best idea when the place is shared by multiple guests. The kitchen was really dirty and the bathroom as well. So our stay was a bit disappointing."

"The best location, views and luxury room! Beds were SO comfy, room was HUGE and immaculate. Highly recommend over staying In Lucerne- website does not do this hotel justice. "Good bargain in an expensive Zurich. The room was adequate and the bed slept well. The air conditioning was not cold as I like but a small fan in the room helped. Overall was adequate for my needs. Restaurants nearby and some shopping. About a 20 minute walk from the Zurich Hb Train Station. "
