"Service was spot on and the staff is marvelous. Loved our upgrade and amenities. Unfortunately, the room was a bit noisier than we remembered. Also, we had planned to go to a play at the Golden Gate Theatre which requires a short walk down the street, however, we were too uneasy walking through the homeless encampments in the Tenderloin to get there. Neither one of us is intimidated easily. It's no fault of the hotel, but makes an Uber or Waymo necessary when it shouldn't be."

"During the virus epidemic it was so nice to have this place to stay at while my son received a surgical procedure. I would love to come back when things are normal!"
