"Arrived to a very warm welcome from Hamid and Maria on reception. Both were very helpful with information about the apartment and how to get about on public transport. The snack bar on the complex is very nice . Serving lovely breakfast, lunches and teas . Kitchen closes at 4pm . Handy for drinks and ice cream too. Apartment was spotless had a dishwasher and washing machine too . All the staff are very pleasant from the maintenance person to house keeping and reception. Quite a quiet resort but...

"My first impression was a rude front desk person at check-in - don't they know this is what guests walk away with? She was asking for registration/reservation number from Hotels.com, something I have never encountered in all the years of using this site. Passport apparently was not enough, I had to download the email from Hotels.com and email it, and when my partner asked for the Wifi so he could look if he had what she wanted, she snapped for him to wait. Also, I don't know if rooms are...
