"The classes at Activate were great. The children’s playroom was immaculate and beautifully designed. Our apartment and balcony with jacuzzi was incredible. The jacuzzi was definitely worth getting!!"

"We have been to number of all inclusive hotels and this was the best one we have experienced. The food was excellent (all inclusive) and although the hotel was a little dated it was spotlessly clean. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. We weren’t there with smaller children, but there were fun activities laid in for them in one area of the pool. We were only there 5 days so didnt really do any exertions but there seemed a lot on offer - definitely enough to occupy you for 2 weeks....

"My first impression was a rude front desk person at check-in - don't they know this is what guests walk away with? She was asking for registration/reservation number from Hotels.com, something I have never encountered in all the years of using this site. Passport apparently was not enough, I had to download the email from Hotels.com and email it, and when my partner asked for the Wifi so he could look if he had what she wanted, she snapped for him to wait. Also, I don't know if rooms are...

"This was my first ever solo holiday and I loved it. Hotel felt safe and was lovely that it was adults only too. Room was clean and bathroom had everything you needed. Will be back for sure! "
